- Homemade bread, made from wheat we produce ourselves. It is handmade and baked traditionally in a wood-burned oven
- Wine from an excellent variety of grapes from our own vineyards
- Local meat, most of which comes from animals that are raised in our farm
- Vegetables, which are collected every day from our organic garden
